We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders, apart from samples. Samples are sent with 2nd Class post free of charge.  International orders are charged flat rate and are shipped wither either Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL depending on the country.

We aim to process your order within 2 working days.

  • UK – Free shipping for orders over £65.00
  • Europe  – Tracked delivery with Royal Mail – £16
  • Rest of the World – Tracked delivery with Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL – £26

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is processed, you will receive shipment confirmation. UK orders take 2-3 working days to arrive. All international orders can take between 7-14 days to arrive. Please note, there maybe delays due to Coronavirus and peak times such as Christmas and Black Friday, we have no control over delays by Royal Mail.

During strikes, Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays in getting your parcels delivered, please allow at least 2 weeks

How can I track my order?

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You will get an email and SMS from Royal Mail once your parcel has been processed at Royal Mail depot.  Should you wish to use alternative courier or service, please get in touch with us on [email protected] prior placing order.

All EU and International orders are sent using tracked service, once your order is dispatched you will receive  an email with your tracking number.

I haven’t received my order

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipment confirmation email, please get in touch on [email protected].

Duties and Taxes

From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150/£135 will be subject to import duty. Note, all EU orders are subject to VAT charges. Please note, Good Fabric is only covering shipping fees, all additional costs such as import taxes and duties to be covered by buyers.

International Orders Customs Clearance

Once the order reaches customs, you will get an email, letter in the post or text message from a courier asking to pay import charges. Please note, if you do no accept these charges, the parcel will be returned to us. We will issue a refund deducting the fee for returning the parcel to us.
